My sister in law’s Momma makes this dish with spinach & black eyed peas & just the way she seasons and prepared it…OMG! IT…IS…HEAVEN! I could, quite literally, eat that dish (prepared by her) every day of my life & be BLESSED! If I had to choose ONE dish & only one dish, that would be my only meal forever…I’d choose that heavenly, absolutely perfect spinach & black eyed peas dish.
