In this crazy, hectic tech age of “Zoom”, where we are all zooming in & out on photos, text, maps, etc…I, often feel a need to “Zoom Out” on Me. If a worry gets too big, or a fear too consuming…if I find that thoughts are centered, too much on myself & my “issues”…I close my eyes & view myself from above my head. Slowly Zooming Out on that “image”, further & further…into the universe my mind ascends; until there’s sufficient distance from the problem, to see all sides & a solution of Time, Thought, Distance

and then, Peace ✌️😎🌻
